Recognition of the Quality That Lasts in the Real Estate Market – CBS International Wins Two Awards for the Best in Industry in CIJ Awards Serbia 2020

The leading real estate consultancy in Serbia - CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group has for the fifth time been awarded as the best in industry among both domestic and international consultants present in our market.

This year’s voting and awarding of the best in Serbian property market – CIJ Awards Serbia 2020, which this renowned CEE magazine organizes for five years in Serbia, has been held in an online format due to the pandemic, gathering numerous real estate professionals – consultants, investors, representatives of some of the largest commercial and residential real estate projects, as well as facility and property management companies. The nominations have this time been awarded in 17 categories, while the best have been selected through online voting and the independent jury of the contestant companies.

– What makes us especially proud of our work, is that apart from the corporate awards, the projects in which we have been involved from the initial development advisory phase, and for which we are engaged as exclusive sales representatives, are also recognized as the best in the market in their respective categories. Therefore, an award for the Best Premium Residential Development went to residential-commercial complex Skyline Belgrade, developed by a renowned investor AFI Europe, while the first New Belgrade condominium Wellport, developed by an Israeli investor Shikun & Binui Group was awarded the Best Standard Residential Development – commented Goran Zivkovic, Director of CBS International.

CIJ Awards were initiated in the late 2001 in CEE, and represent one of the oldest awarding bodies in real estate markets in Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and for the past five years covering the market in Serbia.
