Dobanovci to Get Waste Collection Center – Recycling Yard in Place of Current Undeveloped Landfill

In Dobanovci, the construction of a recycling yard, that is, the Waste Collection Center on the cadaster parcels 4728/1 and 4728/2, is planned. Disposed mixed municipal waste, excavated earth, construction waste and rubble are currently located here.

The treatment, that is, the pulverization of bulky waste created in the territory of Belgrade, which will be transported to the location of the facility by the PUE Gradska Cistoca, the authorized operators, is planned within the facility, and citizens will also be enabled to transport bulky waste by themselves.

A zone of protective greenery with a width of 4 meters on the south side of the complex, on the Galovica canal, and 6 meters on the north side of the complex, is planned around said location, toward the neighboring parcels, which are not within the center for the collection of bulky waste. The complex will be fenced off by a wire fence 2.20 meters tall.

The investor is the City Administration of Belgrade – Secretariat for Environmental Protection, and the main designer is BMD BAU from Belgrade.
