Complaints of Companies from Mokrin Upheld – New Ranking List for Allocation of Rights to Market Premium for Solar Power Plants Published

The auction for the allocation of rights to the market premium for solar power plants, for which a quota of 50 MW is set, has been completed, and the Ministry of Mining and Energy has published a report.

As said, the deadline for the submission of applications expired on August 14, and all the submitted applications were made on time.

Seven participants applied, five of which have passed the qualification phase and acquired the right to take part in the phase of bidding and filling out said quote.

The conditions have been met by:

– Terra Solar doo Beograd for the solar power plant IMT Knjazevac;
– Novo Selo Power doo Beograd for Lebane – Novo Selo;
– Hiperion Sol doo Beograd for Magrisol.

It has been determined that the conditions were not met by Vinex Etil doo Lukicevo for the solar power plant MSE Vinex Etil 2, B2 Nova Sun doo Mokrin for B2 Nova Sun, B2 Sunspot doo Mokrin for B2 Sunspot and Delasol doo Lapovo for Delasol North.

After the publishing of the report on August 16, those who participated in the auction and whose applications had not passed the qualification phase filed complaints. The complaints of the participants from Mokrin were upheld, so a new ranking list has been published, which you can find in the attachment below the article.

Vinex Etil and Delasol were rejected because they had not filed court certificates which would confirm that there are no criminal proceedings or investigations against them.
