White paper approved for Treesury from Belgrade – Company to invest money in hazelnut farming

The Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia has approved to the issuer Treesury d.o.o. Beograd the publishing of the white paper for the initial offering of 28,301 Treesury Tokens, with a nominal value of EUR 106 in dinar countervalue as per the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of the sale of the tokens, in line with the Law on Digital Property.

As said on the website of the Commission, the issuer intends to use the money collected through the initial offering in line with this white paper for the purpose of an investment – the establishment of a modern hazelnut plantation, featuring a hazelnut variety of the highest quality, in line with a proven methodology of hazelnut farming that will be implemented in establishing the plantation.

The white paper contains all the information about the issuer and the initial offering which enables investors to make an informed decision pertaining to the purchase of/investment in Treesury Tokens and understand the risks related to the initial offering and the digital tokens that are offered.

A Treesury Token is a type of digital property, that is, a digital token with the characteristics of a financial instrument-dematerialized bond, which the investor acquires under the conditions envisaged in this white paper.
