After 20 years of business operations and growth, both in the number of activities and in geographical reach, all the companies under the Nelt umbrella have become members of a modern organisational structure – Nelt Group.

The strategic and executive body of Nelt Group will be the Group Board of Directors, which will manage the company’s diversified portfolio. With the aim to centralise the processes and maintain flexibility of the market approach, the company has decided to appoint the recent Managers of the key business sectors and General Managers of the Group companies: Nelt Co Serbia, Nelt BiH, Neregelia Podgorica, Nelt ST Macedonia, Nelt Africa, Neoplanta and Javna skladista Srbije as members of the Group Board of Directors and new Directors. Milos Jelic has been appointed Executive Director of the Nelt Group and Boris Macak, who was the General Manager of Neoplanta in the last six years, has been appointed the Executive Director of Nelt Co.

- The establishment of the Group is a strategic decision to bravely embrace future challenges. With this synergy of know-how and experience, we wish to strengthen our market position and ensure long-term stability of the ongoing business operations. Being aware of constant changes at the territories where we operate, we adjust in order to improve our competitiveness. The trust we have earned in previous years obliges us to move forward and be more efficient in the upcoming period - noted Milos Jelic, Executive Director of Nelt Group.

In the course of this year, Nelt Group has recorded impressive business results, with a turnover of nearly EUR500 million. In Africa, after Angola and Zambia, Nelt has started operating in the territory of Mozambique. This year Nelt also signed a cooperation agreement with Philip Morris International, creating 250 new jobs reaching total number of employees in Nelt Group over 3300.
