The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has announced the sale of building land publicly owned by the City of Belgrade in Lazara Kujundzica Street in the Municipality of Cukarica.
This is a parcel of 255 m2, which is located in the street parallel with Radnicka Streeet, across from Ada Ciganlija. The initial price is RSD 27.8 million.
The basic purpose of the land is multi-family residence, and in addition to that, the construction of commercial features in the fields of commerce, administration and services is allowed as well. The parcel can also feature only a multi-story collective garage.
