Construction of two business towers in Novkabel Novi Sad complex starts

The company Inobacka has commenced construction works on the parcel within the Novkabel complex in Novi Sad, where two business buildings with a total gross area of 18,141 m2 are planned. The piles are being driven beneath the foundation slab and the reinforcement and concrete works are being prepared at the moment, the company announced.

The investor in this project is Novkabel doo, a company which operates within Aleksandar Group, whereas Lamda Group is in charge of the project.

The total net area of the two administrative facilities with office operations will amount to 16,298 m2. The project envisages the accommodation of 40 office spaces, four commercial-business outlets, restaurants and other side features.

The project is to be carried out in two phases.

Phase 1: Business building – Units A and B with nine floors, including the ground floor (north part of the parcel). The facility with the units A and B is developed in the form of two towers set on a pedestal (the ground floor and the first upper floor).

Phase 2: Business building – Unit C with nine floors, including the ground floor (south part of the parcel. The facility with the unit C is set between the tower-unit A and the existing tower of the head office building (the current building of M&I Systems Group).

The facilities are independent of each other physically, functionally and structurally.

A total of 223 parking spaces will be built around the facility, of which 13 are meant for people with disabilities, and six will be equipped with electric car chargers.
