Mekonta Investment Group to Build New Industrial Park Dobanovci in Line with World Standards – Business and Commercial Complexes to be Raised on 100 ha

Mekonta Investment Group will start building the new Industrial Park Dobanovci in 2022. The plan is for the future park to be built on 100 ha, and it will consist of eight business facilities and two facilities for commercial activities.

This is a location in the business zone of the municipality of Surcin, 10 km away from Belgrade and in close proximity to three highways: Belgrade-Zagreb, Belgrade-Novi Sad and the Milos Veliki highway, as well as the Nikola Tesla international airport.

The project entails the construction of 700,000 m2 of facilities, namely, distribution center, storage facilities, production halls, management buildings…

Parking lots for cars, vans, trucks and freight trucks will be built as well.

The facilities which comprise the Industrial Park Dobanovci are designed as a modular system, with a height of up to 16 meters, by world standards, including those that pertain to energy efficiency and fire protection.
