Industrija stakla Pancevo sold in bankruptcy as legal person for RSD 43.7 million

Industrija stakla in Pancevo has been sold in bankruptcy as a legal person at an initial price of RSD 43.7 million, and the purchaser is the Novi Sad-based company Promist, as announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

At the previous public bidding for the purchase of Industrija stakla, the initial price was RSD 62.5 million, but there were no interested buyers.

The most important property of Industrija stakla consists of a two-room apartment with an area of 64 square meters in Pancevo, the potential right to urban building land owned by the state within the factory complex and uncollected claims based on the signed agreement on 23 apartments in the buyout process.
